Alliance spokespeople will be the voice of American citizens      encouraging Congress to pass HR3268 and S1121. These bills   will stop the abuses by so few who hurt so many. The horse has no voice and cannot lobby congress but WE can. Be that voice for the horses who are being sored and cannot cry out for help.
