Alliance spokespeople will be the voice of American citizens      encouraging Congress to pass H.R.693/S.1007. This bill will stop the abuses by so few who hurt so many. The horse has no voice and cannot lobby congress but WE can. Be that voice for the horses who are being sored and cannot cry out for help.
